You just had a baby!! Congratulations!! You’ve been cleared for exercise by your doctor but NOW WHAT???  You want to return to exercise BUT you either don’t where to start OR you are dealing with a complication left over from pregnancy or delivery.  Join Jessica Sennet, a pre/post natal exercise specialist for a MOM&BABY workshop and workout at Common Ground.  We will learn about effective breathing techniques to properly engage your core, how to safely modify exercises for some of the common complications for postpartum, how to test yourself you Diastisis Recti, how to work your ‘abs’ after giving birth and so much more.  And then we will actually get a great MOM&BABY workout!!  Be prepared to sweat! You will leave feeling strong and confident on how to navigate your workouts as new mama

Jessica Sennet is an independent trainer specializing in Prenatal and Postpartum exercise.  She holds many Training Certifications including NCCPT, CPTN is an OHBABY FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, Julie Wiebe’s Piston Science Program, graduate of ‘Bullet Proof Your Core” for athletes and a Fit for Birth Instructor. She has a passion for working with new moms, helping them find their strength, confidence and inner badass.  She teaches FIT MOM classes at Track Fitness in midtown Toronto, runs her own STROLLER STRONG BOOTCAMPS and teaches small group sessions and many private clients. Jessica is excited to travel south to Common Ground to meet some awesome new mamas down by the water.
