One Day at a Time...

Hello all you amazing Mamas!!!  Just wanted to post something to keep you motivated to achieve your fitness goals after giving birth.  It seems all you do is put your time and energy into your new family.  I'm here to remind you take some time for yourself and be your own soft spot to land! You can't be a good parent if you don't care of your self.  This video is a display of how many little moments can come together to make real progress.  It took me about 6-7 months to loose all my 'baby-weight' and build my strength and endurance back up.  It was difficult and I wasn't perfect, but for every workout you see here, I did so many more on my own.  I'm not a naturally thin person and I have a slow metabolism to boot.  As a trainer, I'm working hard everyday!!

I was not ashamed of the way my body looked after giving birth.  After all, I had carried a tiny human in there for over 9 months.  Slowly, with consistency, I saw change and gained confidence.  My passion now is too motivate others to do the same.  I want to help all the new moms in Toronto find confidence and inspiration in themselves!!  FIT.MOM.T.O. will launch on MARCH 8TH!!!  Click below to get more information and start your own journey!!  Let's do it together!!! -Jess
