Alright MAMAS! Short on time? I get it. Finally got the baby down for a nap and you have ???? amount to workout, change laundry, wash dishes etc... Here is a workout that takes as much time as you have. JUST DO AMRAP!! - (As Many Rounds As Possible). Even 15 min will burn major calories. Each round takes about a 1-1.5min. Give it a try!
Warm Up - 3-5 min (jog/march in place)
10 Squats - 5 Burpees - 5 Push ups - 16 Toy Soliders - 10 Floor Tricep Dips - 16 Plank Toe Taps
